Wildlife Photography
a visual journey through the wild heart of India. Here, I share moments captured in two of India’s most iconic tiger reserves—Ranthambhore and Bandhavgarh—where the Bengal tiger reigns supreme, and in the remote, snow-clad landscapes of Spiti Valley, home to the elusive snow leopard.
India’s wilderness is a land of contrasts—dense forests and open meadows in the tiger reserves, where ancient ruins provide a dramatic backdrop for these magnificent big cats, and the rugged, high-altitude terrain of the Himalayas, where snow leopards navigate steep cliffs with effortless grace. Each image in this collection tells a story of resilience, survival, and the delicate balance of nature.
In Ranthambhore and Bandhavgarh, I followed tigers through golden grasslands, watching as they prowled through their domain with an unmatched sense of power and purpose. The raw intensity of their gaze, the soft padding of their paws on the forest floor, and the fleeting moments of interaction between cubs and mothers are preserved in these photographs.
In Spiti Valley, patience and persistence led to encounters with the legendary ghost of the mountains. The thrill of spotting a snow leopard against the stark white expanse of its habitat is indescribable, and I hope to convey that emotion through my images.
This gallery is an invitation to step into India’s wild heart—where nature’s most majestic predators roam free. I hope these images inspire awe, respect, and a deeper connection to wildlife.
